Welcome to Mintzer! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mintzer mobile application ("App") and associated services ("Services"). By registering for or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To access and use Mintzer, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally competent to enter into binding contracts
- Comply with applicable Indian laws
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including any actions performed by others using your credentials.
2. Account Usage
By creating and maintaining an account with Mintzer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
- Operate only one active account, unless explicitly approved by Mintzer
- Use the App for personal and lawful purposes only
Mintzer never asks for your credit or debit card information. All transactions are carried out directly by users on trusted third-party platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Reliance, etc.
3. Order Guidelines & User Responsibility
- Orders must be placed within 24 hours of accepting a deal.
- Any delay or technical issue must be reported in advance to Mintzer Support.
- Users are responsible for:
- Selecting the correct product, variant, color, and model
- Ensuring the purchase matches the accepted deal price
- Uploading a valid invoice with matching value and GST details
- Ensuring accurate delivery address is provided
Mintzer reserves the right to reject, cancel, or withhold commission payments in the following cases:
- If the product ordered is of the wrong color, variant, or price
- If the invoice amount mismatches the deal price or lacks GST details
- If an incorrect delivery address leads to delivery failure
- If the delivery OTP is shared with unauthorized persons, including delivery personnel
- If a user submits a wrong bank account number or UPI ID for refunds or rewards
Commission decisions (including rejection or modification) may be taken even after delivery, based on verification and audit of invoices and order data.
4. Refunds & Cancellations
a. User-Initiated
- Users may cancel any accepted deal or placed order at their own discretion.
- Mintzer is not obligated to issue a refund or commission for such cancellations.
b. Mintzer-Initiated
Mintzer reserves the unilateral right to cancel any deal/order at any time due to:
- Platform errors or technical issues
- Detection of fraud, misuse, or multiple accounts
- Invoice/product mismatch or suspicious activity
Refunds, if applicable, will be adjusted after deducting third-party charges (e.g., platform cancellation fees).
c. Refund Timelines
- Approved refunds will be processed within 21 business days
- Return payments to users (commissions, incentives) will be made between 24 hours to 7 working days, excluding public holidays
- Commission payouts are strictly subject to verification, and Mintzer may delay payment until required data is verified
5. Commission Disputes & Return Conditions
Return payments will be released only after:
- Correct product is delivered
- Valid invoice is submitted with matching deal price and GST
- Proper verification by Mintzer is completed
In case of GST invoice mismatch, Mintzer reserves the right to:
- Approve a modified commission
- Reject the payout
- Request clarification before processing any payment
If the product is returned or damaged, the original cardholder must agree to initiate a return to the seller. Mintzer is not liable for dispute between buyer and cardholder.
If a credit card not owned by the user is used without consent, Mintzer holds no responsibility. Only the user is liable for such misuse.
6. Unauthorized Activity & GV Misuse
- Any unauthorized use of gift vouchers (GVs) or promo codes to exploit the system is strictly prohibited.
- Mintzer is not responsible for losses or order complications arising from such misuse.
- Users must not use automation, bots, or unauthorized tools to place or modify orders.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
- Before raising a chargeback with a bank or card issuer, users must contact Mintzer Support.
- Filing a chargeback after receiving the product and return payment is considered fraudulent activity.
In such cases, Mintzer reserves the right to:
- Permanently terminate the user's account
- Take legal action under Indian Cyber Laws
- Share evidence of delivery, invoice, and payment to contest the dispute
Important: Mintzer will not be liable for any credit card cancellation or action taken by banks if they detect commercial usage on personal credit cards. Users must bear full responsibility for using cards appropriately.
8. Privacy & Data Security
- All personal data is processed as per our Privacy Policy.
- Mintzer does not sell, rent, or disclose user data to third parties without consent.
- We use encrypted storage, secure servers, and monitoring systems to protect your information.
9. Fraud Detection & Legal Compliance
Mintzer uses:
- Secure OTP and KYC verification
- IP/device tracking and session logging
- Invoice and product verification mechanisms
Any misuse may result in:
- Permanent suspension of account
- Legal proceedings under the Information Technology Act, 2000
- Forfeiture of all pending payouts
10. Termination & Suspension
Your account may be suspended or banned without notice if:
- You violate any clause in these Terms
- You initiate chargebacks without first contacting support
- You engage in duplicate account creation or system manipulation
- You place bulk or commercial orders against policy
Reactivation is subject to a full compliance check and Mintzer's sole discretion.
11. Dispute Resolution
- All user disputes must be directed to Mintzer support first.
- Unresolved issues will be handled through arbitration in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
- Jurisdiction lies exclusively with courts in Chennai.
12. Limitation of Liability
Mintzer is not liable for:
- Delays or errors on third-party platforms
- Product damage, wrong delivery, or order cancellations by sellers
- Cashback or reward rejections by banks or platforms
Mintzer's total liability, if any, is limited to the net commission fee received from valid transactions in the last 90 days.
13. Intellectual Property
All Mintzer trademarks, app code, content, UI design, and logic are protected by copyright and IP laws. Unauthorized use, replication, or reverse-engineering is prohibited.
14. Tax Compliance
Users are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income taxes arising from commissions or incentives received via Mintzer. Mintzer does not deduct TDS or issue Form 16 unless required by law.

16. Modifications to Terms
Mintzer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
