Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and shipping work for the services of Mintzer Technologies Private Limited (“Mintzer”, “we”, “us”). It covers:

  • the Mintzer mobile applications on Google Play (com.mintzer) and the Apple App Store;
  • the website mintzer.in; and
  • support by email and WhatsApp.

This policy sits with our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If a store’s own policy applies to a product you bought on that store, the store’s policy governs that purchase.

2. What you pay Mintzer for

Downloading the app is free. Mintzer does not sell the products shown on Flipkart, Amazon, or other stores, and we do not charge a withdraw fee. When you accept a deal, you pay the store at the store’s checkout with your card. Any product price, shipping charge, or tax on that order is paid to the store, not to Mintzer.

Earn is the amount Mintzer pays you to your bank after a deal is successfully verified. It is not a store refund and not card cashback.

3. Cancellation

  • You may leave a deal in the app before you place the store order, within the timers and limits shown on that deal.
  • Leaving the deal in Mintzer does not cancel an order you already placed on the store. To cancel that order, use the store’s cancellation flow.
  • We may cancel a deal or an earn if proof is late, incomplete, or does not match the deal (product, address, quantity, invoice, or other required details), or if fraud is suspected.

4. Refunds

  • Store product. Refunds, returns, and replacements for the product are handled by the store under the store’s refund policy. Mintzer does not receive the product payment and does not refund the store price. Contact the store for a product refund.
  • Earn. Earn is paid only after verification. If the store cancels the order, the order fails, or the proof does not match the deal, earn is not paid. If an earn was sent in error, we may adjust a later payout or ask for it back.
  • Timeline. After successful verification, we aim to pay earn to your bank within 48 working hours. Bank holidays are skipped. A failed bank transfer caused by incorrect account details is retried after you correct those details.

5. Shipping

Mintzer does not ship products. The store ships the order to the delivery address shown on that deal in the app. Use that address at store checkout. Shipping time, shipping charges, and tracking are set by the store, not by Mintzer.
